ORAL SURGEON
Dr Davide Carta has been working in private practice since 2001. He has completed hundreds of hours of seminars and continuing education courses in Italy and Spain pursuing his interest in restoration services, implantology, and cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry.
He has a lot of experience in full-mouth reconstruction procedures.
Oral surgery
It is performed to solve certain problems of the oral cavity and consists of the extraction of teeth, fenestration or traction of unerupted teeth, surgery of labial frenula, elimination of maxillary cysts or tumours of the oral cavity. This surgery can be performed under local anaesthesia.
Aesthetic dentistry
Its purpose is to achieve a natural and harmonious smile, improving the functionality and aesthetics of the teeth. It includes several dental treatments, such as: teeth cleaning and whitening, dental veneers, dental contouring, etc.
Implantology
It is a branch of dentistry that focuses on the replacement of teeth by inserting titanium screws, called implants, into the bone. Implants, which fully integrate with the tissues of our body, are artificial roots that create a solid and durable base on which to insert a new tooth.
General dentistry
This includes cavity treatments, root canal treatments, various types of prosthesis, and periodontics.
